A new telephone system went live on Tuesday 9 April 2019 from 1pm.
Our staff have been trained , but we ask you to be patient if we are slower than usual in dealing with your calls while we get used to the new system.
You will notice some new features such as an automated greeting (so you know you are connected to the right place!) and there will be a new option for cancelling appointments so that you are not held in the queue. Our phone number will be displayed so you will know when we are calling you (previously withheld).
We hope this will improve our service.
