Comments & Complaints
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this Practice, please let us know. We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of a NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria.
How to complain
We hope that most problems can be resolved easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. However, if this is not the case and you wish to make a complaint, we would ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
Please contact Paula Miles (Practice Manager from 01.07.2019) or one of the doctors for further details and an information leaflet.
We hope that you will use our Practice Complaints procedure as we feel confident that this is the best opportunity to reach a speedy resolution and improve our service if and where necessary. However this does not affect your right to approach other agencies if you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigation.
