Minor Injuries Service

We now provide a Minor Injuries Service for injuries including: sprains and strains, cuts and grazes, suspected minor fractures, minor burns and scalds, bites, minor eye injuries and minor head injuries.

This is on a walkin basis during our normal surgery opening times . Therefore, if you experience any of the above, please visit the Surgery and we will fit you in as soon as we can.

Should you experience these injuries outside of our normal opening hours, please ring NHS 111 for advice. Calls to 111 are free from any landline or mobile.

It should be noted that this service is a pilot which is expected to run for 2 years. It is intended to complement existing minor injuries services at Yate West Gate Centre and Southmead Hospital and so we will continue to work in collaboration with them to treat your minor injuries. Feedback, as always, is very welcome. Forms to provide this feedback will be issued during your appointment.
