National Services for Health Improvement (NSHI)
Almondsbury Surgery has enlisted the services of NSHI for our asthma and COPD patients.
Patients may be contacted by an NSHI nurse advisor to assist us in continuing to provide guideline level care in the management of your chronic condition.
We feel this is extremely important during the current pandemic where there is reduced footfall into the surgery. This is to mitigate the risk of patients being lost to follow up.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any concerns.
